like working for Sigma?
Sigma is a place that
really cares about its employees. It's not just lip service. Sigma really
cares and will go out of their way to help and make a
situation right for everyone.

The Management Team.
Sigma has done an amazing job at putting the right
people in the right positions here. Work is not a
bad place when you know you can come in everyday and
enjoy who your working with.
What have you learned
about yourself being here at Sigma that you didn’t know
before?
I have been with Sigma for over 7 years. Within that
time I have learned a great deal about myself. Sigma lets
everyone be themselves.
I have learned independence here at Sigma.
They don't watch
over your back and slap you on your wrist when you do
something wrong. Instead they take time to discuss
the problem, correct the
mistakes, and help you to understand
how to fix it.
Since working here, which
of your accomplishments are you most proud of?
I would have to say
that I am most proud that I have been able over the
years to take and knock out industry exams to further my
education and knowledge of this business we are in.

How much I enjoy training people whether our
representatives or home office staff and seeing how they
successfully implement the information and tools into

your accomplishments are you most proud of? Passing the Series 7 exam ranks right at the top. Also, being given
ever greater responsibilities with editing duties is very

I like working at Sigma because the atmosphere is like
belonging to one big family. We all work together to
help each other and our representatives.

You are recognized by the President as well as Vice
President, department managers and supervisors that you are
an important asset to the company. Each employee is a
valued individual, therefore you tend to put your best foot
forward in your work.

I learned to quickly adapt to various changes made in
programs everyday that need to remembered.

I have had the pleasure to meet and converse with our

Why do you like working at Sigma?
The
people here are wonderful to work with. Everyone here
shows their best personality at work. They care about
what they do and doing their jobs to the highest level
possible, that makes working in this industry here a
lot easier. The management team is a big part of my
affection for this company. They've made it a precedent
in the the company's structure and policies that make
you feel like you really are a partner with them in
that, how the well the company does depends on each
worker's best efforts and in turn the company takes care
of you correspondingly. The business relationships that
are encouraged with the representatives, have been a
very good experience.
What makes Sigma such a special place?
It all goes back to why I like working here its all
about the people you work with and for. The founder and
the senior management encourage us all to develop our
careers through educational programs and licensing
opportunities. There are regular work events to keep
you connected with the other employees. There is
constant communication about where the company is
currently standing and its future. Its been very exciting to be part of the
company's growth for the past few years.
What have you learned about yourself
being here at Sigma that you didn't know before?
What I've
learned about myself from being here at Sigma is that I
can handle a lot more than I originally thought I
could. Its been easy to spend years here and not give
it a second thought when you like where you work.

I get a compliment form a representative or
representative's office that's a good accomplishment for
me.

Everyday is a little different providing a variety of challenges and
opportunities to learn and assist our reps become more successful.
What makes Sigma such a special place?
Sigma allows flexibility to grow professionally and the ability to
mix in some fun in what can be a demanding industry.
What have you learned about yourself being
here at Sigma that you didn’t know before?
I am able to keep many more cases and projects moving forward to
successful conclusions both in and out of the office than I
thought. I’ve found I know more than I thought and I know less than
I thought.
Since working
here, which of
your accomplishments are you most proud of?
I persuaded a rep to begin charging his clients a fee for the
planning service that he had been providing for no charge and was
spending hours in research and security selection.

Why do you like working for Sigma?
The people are great and the company was designed in such a way
that allows its employees grow as individuals.
You are allotted some freedoms here that just don’t exist in other
corporate establishments.
What makes Sigma such a special place?
Common sense. Sigma was put together using some good common
sense. They knew that they didn’t want robots for their staff so they hired
individuals that have really come together to make Sigma what it is.
What have you learned about yourself being
here at Sigma that you didn’t know before?
I’ve learned that I’m able to accomplish a lot more using my own
initiative. In past work experiences my ability to grow was stifled
because there was no place for my ideas and my own projects. I
wasn’t given a chance elsewhere to put my ideas into motion. That's
not the Sigma way.
Since working
here, which of
your accomplishments are you most proud of?
I am very proud of all of the strides I’ve taken to start a
training department. Through all of these educational programs
and presentations, I believe that people really appreciate solid
training solutions.

Why do you like working for Sigma?
Sigma treats their employees really well and is very understanding
when personal issues arise. I also like having an identity and not
just being a number like in other larger firms.
What makes Sigma such a special place?
Everyone here is so nice and friendly. Sigma has a comforting feeling of
home. Although we work well together in the office we also enjoy
each other's company outside of the office.
What have you learned about yourself being
here at Sigma that you didn’t know before?
I have learned how to be more patient. I have also learned that I
don’t have to be so afraid of visitors speaking especially when I
speak about topics I know really well.

your accomplishments are you most proud of?
My proudest moment has to be when
I received an email from a high-producing rep thanking me
for all that I do for him and his business.

Why do you like working for Sigma?
I like working for Sigma because the company has been
able to maintain the smaller “family” type atmosphere
and not the rank and file bureaucratic environment that
is most often found in a corporate setting. Sigma
has accomplished this while tripling the number of staff
since I started here.
What makes Sigma such a special place?
The company is more than accommodative to its staff
on a personal level than it needs to be, and much more than I
would think any other company would be. Employees are
invited to participate in functions for our representatives as
well as other company sponsored events.
What have you learned about yourself being
here at Sigma that you didn’t know before?
I have
learned over the years what it takes to become a professional not
only in the financial services industry but how to respond and react
to the roles presented to me in regards to my job requirements.
