The Sigma Financial team of in-house technology experts is on-call to help you with whatever questions you might have.  We may not be able to solve all your problems but we have the resources to find the people who can.  We also provide an array of services that put you on top of your game while saving you time and money. 

First Clearing
SmartStation: All of the functions within SmartStation are accessed via a single interface with easy-to-navigate tabs.  A number of applications that currently reside in separate locations are housed within SmartStation and are accessed by one single logon.  With just one logon to SmartStation you will have access to all of the features that you currently have in Wisdom, a direct link to the full version of InfoMAX (including access to the CSG Consultant’s page), access to your clients’ statements, confirmations, and tax documents, plus many new features and services.

Wisdom: First Clearing has developed an online support tool to help enhance representatives' book of business within FCC brokerage accounts and that is WISDOM.  This new support tool gives users many of the same features as SmartStation.  Users can view client activity, run portfolio reports, research, statements, confirmations, tax documents and create reports within an entire book of business for both retail and fee-based accounts. 

Client On-Line Account Access: Your clients with First Clearing accounts can be set up with the ability to view their accounts via the Internet at no cost. Their access includes current portfolio holdings, account activity history, realized and un-realized gains/losses, the ability to download to Quicken or Microsoft Money, householding reports functionality, educational investor articles, Portfolio-To-Go watchlists, market alerts, market news, market commentary, economic calendars, and real-time equity quotes.

It’s easy to get lost in all the fluff stuff out on the Internet these days.  That’s why at Sigma we’ve created a “no-nonsense” website that gets you the information your looking for when you need it.  Sales Tracking, Account Transfer lookups, Commissions Statements, and Email and so much more are all easily accessible from the main page of the Sigma website. 

Using your @sigmarep.com email address you can access email from wherever you are in the world…all you need is a computer with Internet access and the ability to get to the Sigma Financial website.  You can check mail anytime!   

Sales Tracking allows you to view direct sales you have placed with the main office and allows you to track by shipping number who has signed for the sales at the respective fund companies.  This helps you keep better track of what has been submitted and paid and what has not.

Sales Fax Submission is a system we have developed here at Sigma that allows reps to submit direct business with the main office via a fax machine and Sigma Coversheet.  All sales submitted by 4pm are reviewed and reps receive notification of approval or rejection that day to allow for speedy processing.  Once approved reps can then send sales directly to the fund company thereby eliminating mailing time to the Sigma main office. 

Sigma Financial has a feature on our website to better assist your support needs.  The Interactive Rep Support Assistant (iRep) is a FREE feature that brings some of what we are able to view and do in the back office with our CRM system – out for display to you and in come cases to modify.  Using iRep... you can...

  • View your CRD information.

  • See what designations you have on file.

  • View a product breakdown of your sales.

  • Change your office, mailing or home address and automatically notify your appointed companies.

  • Create, view or track support requests to main office staff.

  • View your current licenses and states.
