As part of our commitment to making you the best reps in the industry, we offer continuing education courses daily. A different department conducts a course on a new topic, everyday at 1:00PM ET, via the WebEx Meeting Center. WebEx Online Conferencing allows us to conduct meetings online in real time and gives the instructor the ability to show you presentations, websites, forms, and programs all through the computer. All you need to attend these daily WebEx meetings is a computer with Internet access (high-speed internet connection preferred) and a telephone so that you can join the teleconference.

Not only do we use WebEx as our training center, we utilize WebEx for troubleshooting purposes. If you have a complex computer problem that cannot be solved by verbal communication, we can use WebEx to take control of your computer and resolve the issue at hand.  Be sure to check out our other live remote support option, Inquiero.

How to Attend a Live WebEx Meeting
A link, called “WebEx”, can be found on the website upon logging on. The “WebEx” link will give you several options, one will take you to a list of all of the online meetings that are being offered for the following months. Clicking on a meeting title will give you a description of that meeting. 

Missed a Meeting? View Our Pre-Recorded Meetings
If you've missed a meeting or would like to review a meeting you just attended, you can find our pre-recorded WebEx courses through the "WebEx" link on the website. These pre-recorded meetings have full audio and visual capabilities, so all you need to do is sit back and watch the meeting run on your computer. Be sure to have your speakers plugged in! Browse to the bottom of this page to sample a few pre-recorded meetings.
